Brief Background

Prof. J. N. Dube has done B.Sc from BHU, Banaras, B.Tech. (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur, M.Sc (Engg) from BHU, P.hD. from IIT Delhi in Mechanical Engineering and Post Doctoral from University of Birmingham, U.K. Before joining Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Dube served in IT, BHU for over 40 years. He has visited many European Countries and Universities in U.K., France, Germany and Turkey. Prof Dube has served as Director of G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida. His research areas include machine tool dynamics in production engineering. Prof Dube has published more than 50 research papers in well reputed national and international journals and has organized number of short term programs. He has been reviewer of Indian Journal of Orthopedics, Institute of Engineers, and proceeding of many conferences. Prof Dube has served as Dean of Student" Welfare at BHU. He has been the member of research committees of various reputed institutions like I.S.M. Dhanbad, R.G.P.V. Bhopal, University of Roorkee, etc. He is life member of different technical societies like ISTAM, ISME, ISIT, ISTE and Fellow of Institute of Engineers.
